Job Description

• Provide A Quality Design Service To Licensees, Ensuring A High Degree Of Design Input, Range Planning And Creative And Guidance To Maximise The Products Roll-out
• Work With All Relevant Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Development Is Strategic, On Company's R&D And Adheres To All Product Development And Approval Requirements
• Through Strong Market Awareness Supply Inspiration For The Development Of Line Extensions, Promoting Longevity Of Electric Vehicle Products Design. This Will Require A High Degree Of Product Innovation, Visualisation, Trend Awareness And Design Guidance, So That Company Is Recognised As Having A Unique Selling Point In Its Creative And Design Capabilities
• Actively Evaluate Product Development Needs Of Partners Beyond Core Brand Materials. Manage Development Of Creative Materials, Work Closely With Head Of R&D And The BOD

Requirement

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (minimum); Master's or PhD in science-related graduate degree (Electrical and Mechanical is desirable)
• 10+ years of consulting, automotive industry, new product planning, commercial marketing or engineering experience that shows deep analytic
• Understand Global market trends of 2W Electric Vehicle and assess competitive intelligence data
