Job Title: International Fleet Project Coordinator
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Working in the International Fleet, this role is required to:

• Coordinate all vehicle transaction (rental arrangements, ordering, day to day management of maintenance, cost and inventory management.
• Work a standard EU time zone shift
• Follow processes repeatedly, develop process in the absence of established with collaboration of procurement operations, field operations and fleet practices.

• Able to respond to most situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from more senior employees.
• Assumes full accountability for overall success of a project through deployment.
• Develop and be accountable for the overall project plan by integrating sub-project plans; Ensure resources are committed and engaged for all project phases.
• Review and evaluate project documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy; Conduct post-implementation review and communicate results to facilitate learning.
• Team Focus
• Works within a project team environment where results will be based on cooperation with and/or influence of others.

Success Measures:

• Focuses on results and success, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
• Driving incremental revenue through the coordination of projects.
• Meets deadlines and produce high quality work.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project management role to include fast-paced, high volume, high impact, complex and strategically important projects required. Proactive, analytical and technical mindset.
• Project related certification (preferred) or proven project experience.
• Strong technical acumen with solid knowledge of analytic tools and processes (Power BI, Power Automate and Excel skills)
• Strong English language proficiency
• Strong asset: Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or additional languages.
• Teamwork skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization.
