Responsibilities:

• Oversee general litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary documents.
• Prepare witnesses and present motions in court.
• Cultivate client relationships while managing multiple cases.
• Collaborate on case strategies and participate in settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
