GAMA-1 Technologies is seeking a Senior ISSO to support the security posture, compliance activities, and authorization efforts of federal IT systems and cloud environments. In this role, you will oversee security documentation, support continuous monitoring initiatives, and collaborate across technical and compliance teams to maintain secure and compliant operations.

This role is ideal for cybersecurity professionals who combine strong compliance knowledge with the ability to work closely with technical teams and government stakeholders.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Develop, maintain, and manage SA&A / ATO packages for federal systems
• Support continuous monitoring and compliance initiatives
• Conduct security reviews and risk assessments across enterprise environments
• Coordinate with engineers, administrators, and stakeholders to address security findings
• Maintain system security documentation and compliance artifacts
• Ensure systems align with federal cybersecurity standards and requirements
• Support audits, remediation efforts, and authorization activities
• Provide security guidance to technical teams and leadership

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience
• 6+ years of experience developing or maintaining SA&A / ATO packages
• Experience supporting federal systems through authorization processes
• Strong understanding of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal government or GovCon experience
• Experience supporting cloud-based systems and continuous monitoring programs

Certifications

Must possess at least one of the following:

• CISSP
• CISA
• CRISC
• CGRC
