Description

Role Summary (Purpose of the Position):
Proactively manages the business activities of assigned Retail and PRO partners in alignment with European and local sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Builds and strengthens business relationships with assigned partners.

  • Managing retail partners and photo specialists
  • Maintaining multi-level communication with assigned clients/partners
  • Planning and achieving sales targets
  • Planning the sales volume of the assigned product portfolio; negotiating promotions; monitoring, documenting, and analyzing performance
  • Driving sales growth in line with business objectives
  • Planning and executing sales and marketing activities
  • Developing, implementing, and tracking tactical business plans aligned with the sales strategy
  • Efficient planning, organizing, and coordination of internal and external resources to achieve business plans and sales targets
  • Preparing regular product and financial forecasts for the local Sales Manager and regional stakeholders
  • Monitoring market activities of partners/clients within the scope of responsibility
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
