Description

The Sales role at Breezeline forms a critical part of our dynamic and customer-focused team. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual who will drive our business forward through effective customer interactions, innovative sales strategies and a deep understanding of our product range. This role functions as the key link between our company and our customer base. Although you will be fully trained on our products and services, prior experience in telecommunications or a related field would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that enhance client base and increase company profitability.
    • Analyzing sales outcomes and translating them into actionable strategies, aimed at maintaining and growing our customer base.
    • Managing relationships with potential and existing clients, in a bid to foster long-term client loyalty.
    • Working collaboratively with our Marketing team to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
    • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs, and providing viable solutions that blend their needs with our services.
    • Providing top-notch customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Consistently meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs set by the sales management team.

Qualifications

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • Proven experience in sales or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm when interacting with customers is essential.
    • Excellent negotiation skills as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
