As an AC Solutions Assurance Data & Analytics Associate, you will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, adapting to a fast-paced environment while contributing to projects and developing your skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to varying client challenges and scopes
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses to facilitate efficient data processing
- Creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools to present data insights effectively
- Conducting research and customer needs analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Applying skills in Python and Alteryx to automate data processes and enhance analysis capabilities
- Validating data quality and accuracy through data preprocessing and validation techniques
- Engaging in active listening and feedback to improve personal and team performance
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks

What You Must Have

- At least a Graduation / Post graduation or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
- Utilizing Python for data analysis and predictive modeling
- Engaging in complex data analysis and data-driven insights
- Applying knowledge of data preprocessing and data quality management
- Developing skills in Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools and Alteryx
