About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Project Coordinator to support high-end residential
projects. This individual thrives on moving quickly, turning chaos into structure, the ability to assist in new opportunities, and excelling in a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and expand
skills.
They will work closely with the owner, project managers, and subcontractors, occasionally
interfacing with clients, and will have hands-on involvement in high-profile projects, including the
Showcase of Homes, making a real impact on every build and contributing to the long-term
success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple luxury residential builds
  • Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and project documentation
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Assist Project Managers with budgeting support, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and
  • clients
  • Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Step in where needed, wearing many hats to support both office and field operations
  • Perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role in
  • construction or real estate
  • Proven ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage multiple
  • priorities
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable stepping into different roles and taking ownership of tasks as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing
  • interactions
  • Proficiency with construction software and project tracking tools
