Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Analyst

Job location : Cairo, Egypt

An SAP SuccessFactors Analyst is expected to have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors / HXM, especially Employee Central, and to support configuration and implementation activities. The role typically also involves using analytics (e.g., workforce/people analytics) to help drive workforce insights, and providing system support after go-live (including ongoing AMS-style activities such as requirements gathering, testing, deployment, training, and hyper care).

Key areas you’ll likely cover

• Employee Central & HXM expertise (core HR processes and configuration knowledge)

• Configuration / implementation support for SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Talent/Compensation areas as applicable to the project)

• Testing, deployment, training, and post go-live support (AMS/hyper care style)

• Workforce analytics / people analytics to generate insights and support decision-making
