Responsibilities

• To supervise a team of 2/3 members.
• Manage accounting teams and books on corporate level.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
• Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.
• Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
• Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis in supporting business units in achieving the business goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualifications.
• Familiar with all accounting rules and regulations in HK and the PRC.
• Experience in managing full set of reports and books.
• Rich knowledge and experience in cost accounting.
• Experience in management account and financial analysis is an asset.
• Capability of making finance proposals to improve financials and operations.
• Willing to stationed in both HK and S. China.
