Job Description

Scope of action:

Support the legal tasks of Renault Group’s business in China

Deliverables and indicators:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Renault Group’s M&A, investment project, and cooperation with various partners

2. Provide legal support for Renault’s business in China, covering areas such as R&D, purchasing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, antitrust, intellectual property rights, overall compliance, and employment issues.

3. Offer legal advice and formulate solutions for significant business decisions and matters within the company.

4. Support the business activities of different company departments, including providing assistance in project negotiations, contract reviews, environmental protection, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, product reliability, and import/export legal affairs.

5. Represent the company in communications with administrative, legislative, and regulatory agencies at various levels.

6. Collaborate with the global legal team in various legal topics, including M&A, partnership, conducting relevant legal policy research and implementation supervision, ensuring the company's legal compliance in its business operations.

Qualification requirements:

Job Requirements:

1. Law school graduate from a reputable domestic university, having passed the PRC bar examination; possession of foreign bar certificates is preferred, and candidates with working experience in automobile industry are given priority.

2. Approximately 12-15 years of work experience, with a preference for experience in both corporate and law firm settings.

3. Proficiency in enterprise-related laws and regulations, encompassing corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, civil and commercial law, economic law, and labor law, an M&A experience is the must

4. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with English proficiency for use as a working language.

5. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to handle significant work pressure and uphold strong legal professional ethics.
