Engineering Manager (CRM Platform)

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading a team of CRM Platform engineers across delivery and pre-sales. You will play a key role in project execution, solution design, and team development within a growing consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of CRM Platform engineers
• Plan workloads and assign resources across projects and pre-sales
• Support hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline targets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery issues
• Provide Salesforce solution design for proposals and client engagements
• Review solution architecture and effort estimation for pricing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM platform project delivery
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other SaaS platforms
• 2+ years in a team lead or engineering management role
• Strong Salesforce technical expertise (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
• Experience in API-based system integration
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Japanese language skills are a plus
