What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
  • Assist with enrollment and onboarding processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented remote team culture
