• Support operation in execution of standards and procedures in KFC outlets
• Ensuring Food Handler's course training and certification, in assigned classes
• Support Operation in resolving restaurants issues, espcially those involving food safety/quality
• Conduct certain number of Food Handler's classes (if certified as trainer). Ensure process and documentation completed as required by MOH
• Conduct research and compile reports as assigned.
• Support intra and inter-department activities, such as audits, ad-hoc training etc

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science (or Technology) in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Studies or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Good command of oral and written BM and English.
• Sometimes the work requires little medium physical activity
• Sometimes the work requires during weekends or public holidays
• Willing to travel away from base
• 70% of field work in outlets and training centers

Salary: RM2,400.00 to RM2,700.00 /month
