Please note this is a maternity cover contract for approximately 1 year, that can be extended based on common agreement.

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and driven by accuracy? We’re looking for an Italian Speaking Data Quality Specialist (for a maternity cover) to help ensure the integrity and reliability of our data. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a foundation in data, operations, and business processes.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high data standards that directly support business decisions, customer experience, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Review, validate, and cleanse data across multiple systems and platforms in Italian language
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines
• Perform regular quality checks and audits on datasets
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• Near-native Italian language skills (written & spoken)
• Intermediate English skills
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of thinking
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Good level of Excel or similar data tools (basic formulas, filtering, sorting)
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in a data-focused role

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience working with data entry or validation tasks
• Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, or reporting tools
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge
