Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Legal Solutions Analyst to gather
business requirements and using a combination of technology and process change,
provide solutions making the use of existing and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Work
with key stakeholders to provide solutions encompassing, productivity
improvements, automation, document production, process improvements and task
management

·
Elicit
business requirements, and develop solutions, outcomes and change activities

·
Recommend
process solutions based on suitability, cost and feasibility

·
Maintain
solutions deliver quality / cost and all performance is measurable against
brief

·

Experience

Educated to
degree level in Law and / or Technology, you will already have at least 3 years
(combination of paralegal + LegalTech) in a similar or progressive role;

· Legal Tech
(BigHand, Nuanace, Literta)

· Document
Management Systems

· Demonstrated
ability to break down complex problems, identify solutions

· Develop financial
tools to track and forecast against budget

· Project
lifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile and IT best
practice frameworks such as ITIL
