We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Norwegian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to become part of our expanding global team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will act as the face of a globally recognized leader in household appliances and consumer electronics, providing top-notch support to their Nordic clientele.

Work Environment: This is a 100% on-site role operating out of our contemporary, easily accessible Lisbon headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as the primary link between the customer and the brand. Your mission is to elevate everyday support requests into outstanding, memorable interactions.

  • Customer Assistance: Manage incoming inquiries from Norwegian-speaking clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will assist with order tracking, product specifications, warranties, deliveries, and setups.
  • Issue Resolution: Attentively listen to customer challenges regarding electronics and appliances, diagnose the underlying issue, and guide them through step-by-step troubleshooting, or escalate the matter to the technical repair network.
  • Information Management: Accurately log all client communications, feedback, and solutions into the CRM platform to ensure smooth case tracking.
  • Brand Advocacy: Stay fully informed on the client's latest product line, technological advancements, and company philosophy, embodying these values with professionalism and empathy.
  • Skill Development: Engage in ongoing, fully compensated training programs to keep your product knowledge and customer service skills sharp.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Norwegian, paired with a solid professional command (B2) of English.
  • Location & Logistics: Currently residing in Lisbon, or entirely willing and legally eligible to move to Portugal on your own accord.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, paired with a patient, customer-centric approach.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using computers, multitasking across various applications, and quickly adapting to new digital tools.

Preferred Assets:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or technical support is a plus, though not required.
  • A personal interest in consumer electronics, smart home tech, or modern household appliances.

Work Schedule

  • Days & Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours a day.
  • Standard Shift: 08:00 to 17:00.

Salary & Perks

  • Base Salary: €1,400 gross monthly, distributed 14 times per year (inclusive of standard Portuguese summer and Christmas payouts).
  • Language Premium: An additional €150 per month in recognition of your Norwegian language skills.
  • Performance Incentives: Up to €100 monthly in performance-based bonuses for meeting quality metrics.
  • Daily Meal Allowance: €7 per active workday (providing roughly €140–€150 in extra net income each month).
