Job Title: Tax Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Indian corporate taxation, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Experience in an accounting firm or a multinational company (MNC) environment will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review direct and indirect tax computations and filings.
• Support corporate tax compliance in line with Indian tax regulations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, advance tax, and income tax return processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external tax consultants.
• Ensure timely tax payments and adherence to statutory deadlines.
• Support tax audits, assessments, and handling notices from tax authorities.
• Maintain accurate tax documentation and records.
• Track and analyze updates in Indian tax laws and assess business impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant taxation experience (accounting firm/MNC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate taxation and compliance.
• Working understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA is an added advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
