Job Description:

  • In this role, the Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert will plan and coordinate activities within the contract to ensure compliance with governmental regulations. They ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented and perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems and/or weaknesses.

The Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert shall posses the following capabilities:

  • Manages and enforces an effective compliance program that’s in line with federal regulations.
  • Expands and reviews company policies.
  • Provides management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
  • Conduct policy and workflow audits.
  • Conduct reviews of contractual files for completeness and compliance.
  • Recommends the management team on the current company’s compliance with regulations.

    Desired:

  • Knowledge/experience of operational targeting tradecraft.
  • Familiarity with FISA Section 702 authorities.
  • Experience with successful execution of process improvement.
  • Ten (10) years of experience working in the DoD.

Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of combined experience in FISA compliance, authorities, and legal policy.
  • Five (5) years of familiarity with specific DoD Targeting Tools.
  • Experience consulting on design of DoD SIGINT workflows, systems, policy, process, and technical design required to enforce compliance, legal policy and intelligence collection authorities.
  • Experience converting complex policy and legal requirements into technical requirements for IT system development efforts and verifying and validating that technical implementation meets needs.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
