Role Overview:

  • Achieve service quality targets and response-time objectives
  • Stay informed about project updates, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
