Manpower is seeking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Turkish-speaking Marketing Coordinator to support our influencer marketing efforts in the Turkish market. You will manage streamer and influencer partnerships, oversee campaign performance, and help drive user acquisition for our brand in the casino and streaming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on lead generation and player acquisition.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and ambassadors.

• Oversee campaign execution from briefing to reporting, including contract negotiation and budget management.

• Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs (FTDs, LTV), and optimize for ROI.

• Provide feedback to streamers, ensure content schedules are met, and maintain strong community relationships.

• Stay updated on market trends within the Turkish iGaming and streaming space.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Turkish and strong English skills.

• Experience in influencer marketing, ideally in gaming or iGaming.

• Strong understanding of the Turkish digital landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with streamers or live content creators.

• Background in online casino/iGaming.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing and performance tools.
