Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the requirements of quality, cost, statutory, safety and environmental issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project
• Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects
• Lead and manage the site coordination

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in E&M / MVAC / building services coordination / installation in E&M contractor
• Skilled in AutoCad is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Candidates with more experience / academic qualification / chartered membership will be considered as E&M Project Manager
