My client is investing 300m USD in a new plant and is producing:
* **Citrus concentrates** (orange, lemon, grapefruit).
* **Tomato concentrates** (targeting EU importers who rely on Italy/Spain).
* **Multi-fruit purées** (mango, guava, strawberry, tropical blends).
* **Cloudy juice concentrates** (first plant of its kind in the Middle East).
* **IQF frozen fruits & vegetables** (strawberries, broccoli, beans, artichokes).
* **Freeze-dried fruits & vegetables** (for supplements, functional foods).
My client serves **global B2B clients** across the **food, beverage, retail, and private label sectors**, with a strong export focus on **North America, Europe, Asia, and the GCC region:**
**1\. Blending houses:**
* Use **fruit purées, citrus & tomato concentrates, multi-fruit blends, and cloudy juice concentrates**.
* Supported with **orange pulp cells, citrus aroma essences, and cold-extracted oils** for flavor depth.
**2\. Food & beverage processors:**
* Receive **nutrient-rich purées, concentrates, IQF frozen vegetables, freeze-dried strawberries, and citrus oils**.
* Products engineered for **efficient production and consistent quality**
**3\. Retail & food service sectors:**
* Ready-to-use products like **IQF frozen vegetables, freeze-dried fruits, and NFC orange juice**.
* Designed for **convenience, eco-consciousness, and superior quality**.
**4\. Private label manufacturers:**
* Tailored solutions with **fruit purées, IQF fruits/vegetables, freeze-dried products**.
* Flexible formats and packaging to help brands stand out in competitive markets
Our Markets are:
**North America** – targeting beverage companies and private label brands.
**Europe** – competing with Spain, Italy, and Germany in citrus and tomato concentrates.

## Tasks
* Manage and grow key accounts in the tomato paste category
* Identify and acquire new customers using market research and competitive insights
* Develop and execute tailored sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in compliance with company policies
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
* Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, and sustainability certifications
* Monitor account metrics, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve challenges
* Represent us in international markets, navigating cultural differences and regulatory requirements
## Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
📈 7+ years in international sales, including 2+ years in account management
🌱 Proven experience in the agri‑food industry (B2B environment), ideally tomato paste or processed foods
💡 Strong market analysis, account management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
🛠️ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
🌍 Cultural awareness and adaptability in international markets
💬 Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
✈️ Willingness to travel internationally
