Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the overall Talent Acquisition function from putting the sourcing strategy in place, employer branding, selection and ensure proper pre-onboarding are well delivered.
The people manager role to manage small-medium size of team to ensure the staffing requirements for the Bank are fulfilled.
Ensure the proper governance, effective control and quality of hiring are delivered properly.
