Customer Service Representative
Pay: $37,000-$42,000 first-year earnings
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends!)

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key part of our daily operations and customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls with professionalism and care
- Scheduling and coordinating technician routes
- Assisting current and prospective clients
- Promoting Bug Zero services
- Resolving client concerns and problem-solving
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Stable work history
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office, email, internet, and CRM software
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
