Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and introduce the company’s logistics services—including Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transportation, and Warehousing to potential customers. Consult customers on suitable logistics and freight solutions tailored to their operational needs. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the drafting of sales contracts for the whole sales team’s activities Monitor and coordinate the handling of shipments, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues with relevant departments. Support and ensure proper documentation throughout the sales cycle. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while continuously expanding the domestic customer base. Communicate and collaborate with the company’s existing global agency network. Proactively search for, qualify, and develop new overseas agents to expand market coverage. Promote company services, share market updates, and provide rate information to foreign partners as well as both of Local and global customers. Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements with overseas agents. Track international shipments, coordinate issue resolution Build sustainable business relationships and contribute to the growth of international markets.
