Description

General Position Summary:

The Project Management Operations Lead is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional projects, ensuring quality assurance standards are met, managing operational budgets, and driving the execution of strategic action plans. This role plays a critical part in optimizing workflows, enhancing service delivery, aligning operational initiatives with organizational goals, and overseeing the organization’s properties and facilities to ensure they are safe, welcoming, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational needs. As a member of the Operations Department, this position collaborates across focus areas—including community engagement, IT, and property management—to ensure cohesive and responsive support for organizational initiatives.

Position Details:

Status: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Starting Annual Salary: $61,880
Annual Wage Scale: $61,880 – $78,291
Reports to: Director of Operations

Experience and Knowledge:

7–10 years of applicable experience in operations, quality assurance, project management, and/or program or department leadership.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Experience in process improvement, compliance, and risk management.
Familiarity with nonprofit and human services organizations, as well as universal design principles, is ideal.
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
