Description
1. Using a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Yourator, etc.) and strategies to build a network to quickly and effectively fulfill positions.
2. Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
3. Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
4. Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful in the USI environment.
5. Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
6. Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
7. Promoting USI’s employer branding on campus.
【Qualifications】
1. Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience preferably in the ICT industry.
2. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
3. Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
4. Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness.
5. Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence will be preferred.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Experience developing reports using Power BI is a plus
Must work onsite for the first month and can apply for WFH depending on familiarity with the business
