As our Marketing & Digital Media Associate, you'll help share the stories, mission, and impact of our senior living and healthcare communities across multiple campuses. In this role, you'll create engaging content, manage digital platforms, coordinate events, and support fundraising initiatives while helping families, residents, donors, volunteers, and community members connect with our mission.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, budgets, and departmental initiatives.
- Create and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, posters, invitations, and promotional pieces.
- Develop engaging content for print, digital, social media, websites, email marketing, digital signage, and in-house communication channels.
- Capture and edit photography and video content to support marketing, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.
- Manage and maintain organizational websites, including content updates, blogs, SEO initiatives, and website inquiries.
- Coordinate and monitor social media platforms, online reputation management, and digital engagement strategies.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media communications, e-newsletters, email campaigns, and other public relations materials.
- Support direct mail campaigns, bulk mailings, and marketing communications projects.
- Assist with planning, promoting, and executing events, open houses, community programs, fundraising activities, and special celebrations.
- Serve as a marketing representative at events and provide tours of senior living communities as needed.
- Support Foundation and fundraising efforts through donor communications, recognition programs, campaigns, and stewardship activities.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee the production of signage, printed materials, promotional items, and branded collateral.
- Track marketing budgets, process invoices, monitor expenses, and maintain project records.
- Maintain organized archives of marketing assets, photographs, videos, and advertising materials.
- Provide administrative and reception support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission and goals.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- Three years of administrative, marketing, development, communications, or equivalent experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Google Business Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Excellent graphic design skills.
- Proven experience working with websites, search engine optimization, and social networking.
- Excellent oral, written, and proofreading skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Kind and pleasant demeanor and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Flexible schedule- must be willing to work occasional evenings.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must submit to a PPD skin test and attend all mandatory in-services.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Sits most of the day.
- Subject to interruptions and changes of priorities.
- Frequent contact with vendors, donors, employees, volunteers, and board members.
