Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced CFO to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent leadership skills, and logistics/transportation industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Lead and manage the finance team

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

- 10+ years of finance experience, 5+ years in senior leadership in a Haulage or Logistics and supply chain company

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
