As a Talent Consultant Manager at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will be crucial in improving employee retention, development, and performance.
As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading talent development initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee performance
- Strategizing and implementing talent identification and training programs in collaboration with subject matter specialists
- Managing and coaching teams to leverage their strengths and improve performance outcomes
- Analyzing and identifying system interactions to optimize talent management processes
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to achieve successful outcomes
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to address conflicts and facilitate difficult conversations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Encouraging continuous learning and professional growth among team members
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive talent development and succession planning initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support talent management strategies
- Review and monitor performance results of employees during probationary and annual performance review cycle
- Monitor progress of employees who are unable to achieve performance targets and ensure that corrective actions are in place
- Lead and execute the annual performance management communication timeline for all performance management processes
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
