Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Lead, VP to lead end – to – end delivery for complex programs and projects that require cross – functional and multiple departments collaboration, co-ordination

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program and project lifecycle using Agile methodology
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily stand up, capacity and sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming & forward planning
  • Lead end to end program and project planning, monitoring and delivery with multiple teams and cross functional teams
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively
  • Act as the primary point of escalation between leadership, Product Owners, Engineering Leads and Change Management
  • Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. Resolve conflict priorities by engagement with stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, QA, product, and operations teams
  • Understand technical dependencies, system architecture, integration points, and delivery constraints
  • Support technical decision-making by coordinating input from subject matter experts
  • Identify, assess, and track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks or blockers in a timely manner
  • Maintain RAID logs and ensure ownership and resolution of open items
  • Monitor cross-team dependencies and coordinate resolution across technology and business groups
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and project metrics
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, plans, meeting minutes, decision logs, and closure reports
  • Foster a delivery-focused culture with clear communication, transparency, and ownership
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong Project Management Skills – Managing complex technical programs and projects from initiation through delivery
  • Proficiency in program and project planning, including collaborating with cross functional and cross department teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile and scrum ceremonies
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle principles
  • Familiarity with application development, system integration, cloud platforms, Data, APIs, or enterprise technology environments
  • Ability to understand technical architecture, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Understanding of release management, change management, testing cycles, and production deployment processes.
  • JIRA skill set is needed.
