Description
SkyWater is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews and onboarding for new employees, assist with recruitment events, maintain applicant tracking systems, and assist with various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Assist with organizing and participating in career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and other onboarding activities.
- Support recruiters in job postings, resume screening, and sourcing candidates.
- Support HR compliance activities and programs.
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, etc.)
