About the Role:
In the role of Technology Sales Support Manager, you will operate autonomously to provide high-level technical support and drive technical sales processes. Your role will be integral in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of sales initiatives, delivering specialized expertise that enables the team to achieve strategic goals. Your contributions will significantly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement high-level technical sales materials and strategies.
• Independently manage complex technical inquiries and customer issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of technical information systems and databases.
• Lead comprehensive product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate sophisticated technical solutions during customer engagements.
• Coordinate independently with technical teams for seamless issue resolution.
• Drive preparation and execution of detailed technical product demonstrations.
• Manage administrative functions with a focus on optimizing technical processes.
• Develop and refine high-level technical presentations and sales content.
• Provide expert guidance for continuous improvement in technical training programs.
