Staff Action / Administrative Support Specialist

Location: National Capital Region (Hybrid/Telework Eligible)
Clearance: Secret eligible

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

This role provides administrative and staff action support including task tracking, meeting coordination, and document management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Track taskings using ETS, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Prepare and distribute documents
  • Manage document repositories
  • Support training and onboarding activities

Qualifications

  • Administrative or staff support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
