Manpower is seeking to recruit a Senior .NET Developer to join our clients fast-paced software development team.
In this role, youll report directly to the Team Lead and play a key part in building scalable, high-performance back-end systems that power enterprise-grade applications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable enterprise back-end solutions.

• Write clean, efficient code with a strong focus on unit and performance testing.

• Take full ownership of the code you write building for long-term maintainability and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy new features and services.

What You'll Bring

• Strong command of modern .NET technologies, with a deep understanding of backend architecture.

• Experience using testing frameworks like NUnit and MOQ.

• Solid grasp of multi-threading, concurrency, and caching strategies (especially with Redis).

• Proven experience with containerized development and deployment.

• Familiarity with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.

• Advanced SQL skills (MS SQL & Oracle); NoSQL experience is considered a plus.

• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab (including GitFlow methodology).

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

• Ideally, 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
