Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to contribute to the growth of GreenShield by selling our suite of services to Canada’s largest employers. RESPONSABILITIES The Enterprise, Business Development Manager will utilize a strategic approach to create an extensive prospect list and play a pivotal role in all phases of the sales process, including outreach planning, business analysis, presentations, and contracting, with the strategic goal of positioning GreenShield products and services favorably. Develop an outreach strategy with large named prospects in Western Canada Formulate and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the prospect that aligns with their business objectives. Development of advisor relationships, including meetings, social activities, and other engagements. Continual development of a strong business network. Lead and support complex RFP process Develop and execute finalist presentations. Monitor the competitive marketplace and share internally. Promote professional growth and cultivate robust industry connections. Participate in industry events such as conferences and seminars. Achieve or surpass gross and net revenue targets.
