Roles and Responsibilities

Compai Pharma Pte Ltd is in the business of in-licensing and distribution of Pharmaceuticals products. Presently the Company has exclusive distribution rights for intravenous iron drug for the markets of Singapore & Malaysia.
Compai Pharma is a subsidiary of Nava Limited, India a diversified group, with businesses in metals manufacturing, energy, mining, agribusiness and healthcare. Nava Limited employees more than 1,000 people in operations across Asia and Africa and is listed on the stock exchanges of India.
Business Development
Compai Pharma is looking for a resource who will be responsible for Business Development, Portfolio Management, Sales & Marketing to expand the products distribution profile and add markets of other South-east Asian Countries. The Company is looking for a business development Head with well established connections in Pharma industry for adding new products under distribution business in next 6 months time and explore the business opportunities in other South-east Asian Countries and is based out of Kuala Lumpur.
The resource is responsible for sales targets and achievement, manage HR & Administration related matter of both Malaysia and Singapore offices, responsible for medical compliances, approvals, new products distribution drive and bring synergies between Malaysia and Singapore teams.
