Division: Product Strategy & Innovation (PSI) division

PSI oversees anticipating market change and shaping Euroclear’s product strategy, delivering innovative, sustainable, and client‑centric solutions that keep the Group relevant within the evolving financial ecosystem.

The role

You will join the Product Development team within the Securities Lending and Collateral Management product line, working on high‑impact initiatives that shape the future of Euroclear’s Collateral and Securities Lending business. This includes transforming client interactions, scaling the Collateral Highway, supporting the move to T+1 settlement, and innovating across data, analytics, and digital solutions.

In this role, you act as a key link between business and IT—translating market and client needs into clear, prioritised requirements and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with our strategy.

What you will do

  • Build a strong understanding of client, market, and regulatory needs by working closely with your sponsors.
  • Lead discussions to define the optimal business solution, partnering with IT agile teams and architects to ensure real business value.
  • Capture, structure, and agree functional and non‑functional requirements, including end‑to‑end business processes.
  • Help prioritise features and changes using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset, balancing value, timelines, dependencies, and operational impact.
  • Manage scope changes and assess end‑to‑end impacts, keeping stakeholders aligned as solutions evolve.
  • Support strong project governance with sponsors and programme leads.
  • Coordinate risk assessments with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, and secure required approvals.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on quality, time, and cost, and achieve the expected business benefits.
  • Prepare client‑facing materials such as service descriptions, newsletters, and contractual documentation.
  • Contribute to RFPs and vendor evaluations when external IT partners are involved.
  • Support client onboarding and migrations, including direct client interaction when needed.
  • Provide expert support after go‑live to ensure smooth adoption.

What you bring

  • Strong expertise in Collateral Management or Securities Lendign (essential).
  • A results‑driven mindset and motivation to work in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and move confidently between strategic and detailed views.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, including within Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and team spirit (a good sense of humour is welcome).
  • Fast learner with sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Please not that our office is located in Krakow. You are required to work from the office at least 8 days each month.
