Description
The CRM Editor, Weekend & Events Coordinator is responsible for executing Caesars Sportsbook marketing and communications strategy through owned channels during times of high customer engagement and key points of the sports calendar.
- Work with strategy and marketing to plan weekend and special event executional needs for email, in-app and push notifications based on sports schedule (Thursday through Monday)
- Coordinate both pre-planned and live messages to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Adapt in-the-moment messaging for owned channels as required based on game play and storylines
- Troubleshoot communication and scheduling for any changes to planned emails, pushes or in-app messages
- Manage execution of messaging material to maintain quality assurance
- Validate all copy and graphic materials upon receipt
- Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are deployed accurately and in a timely manner to meet deadlines and/or align with timing of event
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-4 years of applicable marketing experience
- Experience within the Sportsbook or Casino industry preferred but not required
- Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Salesforce, Airship, Optimove, Wrike and other marketing products a plus
- Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required to adhere to Sportsbook customer needs, weeknight and weekend (Thursday-Monday) shifts required
- Experience working in a regulated industry a plus but not required
- Minimum 21 years of age

- Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of business acumen to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
- Experience executing business plans with digital/marketing counterparts
- Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Track record of working against deadlines
- Attention to detail and prioritization of accuracy
