Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth for fintech products across global markets, including Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The role involves managing multi-platform campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Google, ASA, TikTok, affiliates), ensuring cost efficiency, traffic quality, and KPI achievement. You will develop and optimize ROI-driven strategies, oversee both in-house and agency campaigns, and collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to enhance conversion funnels. Proficiency in tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics is essential for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for performance marketing (digital advertising) of fintech products across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, covering various scenarios including mobile apps, Web-to-App (WA), and landing pages.
  2. Manage advertising across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok, Snapchat, Kwai, and affiliate networks. Ensure traffic quality, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
  3. Develop and execute data-driven ad strategies with ROI as the core objective, covering both in-house and agency-led campaigns. Allocate budgets according to business stages and continuously optimize based on key metrics (e.g., CTR, registration, FTD, FTT).
  4. Monitor performance of self-managed campaigns and external agencies, evaluate traffic quality, ensure KPI achievement, and optimize user acquisition cost-effectively.
  5. Stay up to date with platform-specific advertising mechanisms and compliance policies. Proactively respond to policy changes with actionable optimization strategies.
  6. Collaborate closely with creative, product, and content teams to propose creative directions, conduct A/B testing, and improve conversion funnels.
  7. Proficient in Appsflyer, Firebase (GA4), Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics to support attribution, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven hands-on experience in advertising for the fintech (e.g., Forex, CFD, Crypto) or iGaming industry, with strong understanding of acquisition logic and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance issues, interpret data insights, and implement targeted optimization strategies.
  • Experience in team management or cross-functional project coordination with a track record of driving efficient collaboration.
  • Skilled in using analytics and attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase (GA4), and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of coordinating across regions and teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
