Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, partnering closely with leadership to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
Talent & Organizational Capability: Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building to support current and future workforce needs.
Employee Relations & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead employee and labor relations, including unionized workforce engagement, policy governance, compliance, and change management in a fast-paced operational environment.
People Strategy & Analytics: Leverage data and insights to inform workforce planning, identify trends, and guide strategic decision-making.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
Significant HR experience in a business partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced operations or industrial environment.
Strong experience in employee relations, with experience working with unionized workforces strongly preferred.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent) preferred.
