Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and engage decision-makers in high-growth companies. Your primary focus will be to generate and qualify leads, setting up sales meetings with HR leaders, Founders, and CXOs.

What You'll Do:

✅ Prospect & Qualify Leads – Research and identify potential clients in tech-driven industries.
✅ Cold Outreach – Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
✅ Pitch AI-Driven Hiring Solutions – Educate prospects on how Abex.work can optimize their hiring process.
✅ Schedule Meetings – Book discovery calls for the sales team with interested clients.
✅ Manage CRM & Follow-Ups – Keep records updated and ensure consistent engagement.

What We Look For:

🔹 1+ years of SDR/Inside Sales experience (B2B preferred).
🔹 Strong communication & persuasion skills.
🔹 Experience in cold calling & email outreach.
