Job Description

With the demand to expand our products to all of Southeast Asia in 2023, Capichi wants to find Technical Leader to accompany us in the development of leading products in F&B industry.

• Do technical planning and preparation: Analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis.
• Provide assessments and recommendations on the design of e-commerce systems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring the architectural integrity of the system.
• Conduct security audits to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate and participate in solution architecture review and technology design meetings with engineers and product managers
• Lead and guide the team through technical issues and challenges
• Take part in recruitment and training for technical staffs;

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead/team lead for a team of senior and junior full stack/backend developers
• Experience as a Solutions Architect/Technical consultant supporting customer, or enterprise, workloads across a variety of implementations.
• Experience in high-level programming/scripting languages (Ruby, React, Javascript, Python, Java..)
• Git, maven, CI/CD
• Experience in AWS: design software architecture, software deployment
• REST, SOAP web services
• Analytical thinking and problem solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in ''growth hacking'' is plus
• Good command of English
