Our Legal Department based in Libourne is looking for a Legal Director for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region with at least 12 years of experience and strong management skills. The Legal Director will lead a team of 7 to 8 lawyers based in Paris and Libourne (at the head office in Gironde) and will also be called upon to directly manage complex cases such as litigation and the negotiation of licensing and business development agreements. The team is supported by 2/3 interns on a permanent basis (law student profiles). The work mainly focuses on: - negotiating transactions and drafting a wide variety of contracts with significant commercial law, intellectual property, and competition law implications, - managing any related litigation, - providing advice.
