In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) utilizing our client's state-of-the-art advertising, social networking, and digital business tools. You will play a vital role in helping businesses optimize their online presence, resolve technical issues, and scale their marketing success.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you will act as a digital partner and problem solver for our Turkish-speaking market. Your daily activities will include:
- Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance to SMBs through live chat, email queues, and occasional outbound/inbound phone calls.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose, investigate, and resolve pre- and post-sales inquiries regarding digital ad campaigns, account settings, billing questions, and platform bugs.
- Product Guidance: Educate users on how to maximize the value of their self-service tools, improving their overall confidence and experience with our ecosystem.
- Trend Identification: Recognize recurring technical glitches or feedback trends from users and escalate them efficiently to internal product and technical teams.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, concise logs of all customer interactions within our CRM database in accordance with strict security and data privacy compliance regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Master: Native or near-native fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) paired with a solid B2 level of English (as all training, system tools, and internal team communication are in English).
- Local Proximity: This is a strictly on-site position in Lisbon. You must already reside in Portugal and possess valid local working rights/visas. (Note: Relocation packages or remote options are not available for this role).
- Prior Experience: Previous customer service, BPO, or digital marketing experience is highly valued but not mandatory. If you have a customer-first mindset, great empathy, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens, chat tools, and social media interfaces simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Ready to work in a dynamic environment with rotating shift schedules (including some weekends).
