Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital/creative agency in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with full ownership.
- Strong commercial awareness, understands pricing, scope, and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge clients when needed.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage key client accounts, building strong long-term relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead all client communication, from daily coordination to strategic discussions and project planning.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable briefs for creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Drive project execution end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- Proactively identify challenges, resolve blockers, and maintain smooth coordination across teams.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives, brand positioning, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, scopes, timelines, and estimates with commercial clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain strong internal alignment by ensuring clear communication, structured feedback, and accountability across teams.
- Contribute to client retention, account growth, and overall revenue performance through proactive account management.
