Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for selling raw materials (resins, additives, pigments) in assigned market segment, developing sales plans, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with potential and existing customers, providing expert consultation and solutions. Coordinate internal resources and work closely with technical support team to understand product technical characteristics for better meeting customer needs. Participate in market research to identify new market opportunities and potential application areas. Develop new customers, explore new markets, formulate market entry strategies, and implement corresponding plans. Analyze sales data and market trends, regularly reporting to the company's senior management. Requirements: Background in chemistry or relevant work experience. Strong background of technical and sales experience in related market segment. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working closely with technical teams. Profound understanding and interest in chemical products and technology. Strong skills in market analysis and strategic planning. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
