It has a full range of crane products and occupies an leading position in the global crane market. The client company has strong R&D strength, manufacturing plants and customer service centers all over the world.

In order to make products and services more in line with the needs of the Japanese crane market, the client company is building a product and service team composed of first-class talents with competitive compensation and benefit packages.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for crane product planning, competitor research, product definition and marketing in the Japanese market;
• Responsible for the certification of crane products in the Japanese market, to achieve rapid certification of products, including export certification project management, data follow-up, test coordination;
• Responsible for the Japanese market crane product parts localization planning and the introduction of local supply;
• Responsible for the Japanese market crane R & D concepts, technologies, manufacturing processes, workmanship research and experience exchange seminars;
• Responsible for crane equipment soft start and adaptability improvement in Japan;
• Other matters assigned.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in product management or project management in well-known Crane companies in Japan;
• Responsible for overall planning of crane products, familiar with the Japanese crane industry related policies and regulations;
• Familiar with the Japanese crane industry certification and announcement workflow, strong public relations and coordination skills;
• Familiar with the Japanese crane market, in good cooperation with the KA Clients in the Japanese crane market;
• Strong communication, coordination and organization skills;
• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering;
• Fluent in Japanese and English is preferred.
