Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Net Monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Preferred Background: Radiography / Sonography / Biomedical Engineering with strong interest or experience in corporate sales, medical devices, or radiology equipment solutions
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially oriented healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical imaging or biomedical engineering to join our team as a Business Development Specialist – Radiology Equipment.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in diagnostic imaging systems (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and related modalities) with strong corporate sales and business development capability. The role is focused on driving the promotion, sales, and strategic expansion of advanced radiology and biomedical equipment solutions across hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business development of radiology and diagnostic imaging equipment (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and related systems)
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and key healthcare decision-makers
Conduct professional product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client engagements
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales technical support in collaboration with engineering and service teams
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documentation for equipment procurement opportunities
Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting to management
Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and technical partners on product specifications, pricing, and updates
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare technology sector
Represent the organization at medical exhibitions, conferences, and industry-related events
Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client relationship management
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Radiography, Sonography, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or related discipline
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in healthcare imaging, biomedical engineering, or medical equipment sales
Strong technical understanding of diagnostic imaging systems and healthcare workflows
Proven exposure to or strong interest in corporate/B2B sales within the healthcare or medical devices sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage key client relationships effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage
Professional certification or clinical licensing will be considered an advantage
